SiliconRiver (the SiliconRiver: PC Builds app on Google Play and the website at myrig.app) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every account, post, reply, photo, profile and rig on SiliconRiver.
What is banned
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers anyone under 18, real or fictional, including images, text, links and AI-generated material.
- Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor to sexually abuse or exploit them, or asking a minor for sexual images or personal details.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or advertising, buying or selling access to minors.
- Sharing, requesting or linking to CSAM anywhere, including outside SiliconRiver.
You must be at least 13 to have an account. Accounts we find belong to someone younger are removed.
How to report
- In the Android app: tap ⋯ on a post, reply or profile, choose Report, then Child safety.
- On the website: open the ⋯ menu on a post, reply or profile, choose Report, then Child safety.
- By email: support@myrig.app (with a link to the content if you can). You don't need an account to report this way.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number first. You can also report CSAM directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline or, in Australia, the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation.
What we do
- Child safety reports go to the top of our moderation queue and are reviewed first.
- Content that breaks these standards is removed, and the account responsible is banned.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national authorities, including the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, as the law requires. We keep the information authorities need for their investigation.
- Uploaded photos are checked automatically before they appear, and anyone can report a post, reply or profile at any time.
